Currently designing a custom set for royals that I do not own yet and I can't find thickness dimensions online. Would greatly appreciate if someone could measure the thickness of individual chips and a stack of 25. Thanks!

Standard plastic chip racks have barrel lengths that fit 20 chips. Older wooden racks exist that use a 4x25 format rather than 5x20.

Usual chip thicknesses are 3.3mm, but do vary upward a bit. 20 mint, unwanted Paulson clays will fit snugly in a 66.7mm rack, but most ceramics and some plastics will not, and will need more wiggle room in the lower end of the 67-68mm range.
