Greetings Fellow Chippers,

I have some roulette chips from Desert Inn. I have some A and some B labeled chips (and C/D... from other casinos). Are those labels for generations of chipsets? Or might they be PIT labels? Is A perhaps a bit more worthy than B, C, D...? Is there a good source to determine FMV for such chips? Can't seem to find a good reference for these very pretty colored chips.

Thanks!

Since the roulette chips have no set value, they can be used as $1, $5, $25, etc. What the casino doesn’t want is for you to buy blue $1 chips on one wheel then go to another and try to use them as $5. So each wheel has to have its own chips. In this case wheel A, B, or C. At the casino I work at, each wheel has its own unique logo.
