Restoring stained inlays (6 Viewers)

Came across some chips that had some extreme stains on the inlay. I was curious if anyone knows how this happens and if it’s fixable? I’ve never seen chips this bad and couldn’t find a solution on here

Can't be fixed unless you remove the stained inlay and buy new labels that look similar and relabel.

That's probably not stained as one might think, but has been exposed to enough UV light to "tan" inlay.

One sees this with some older collectible chips that were stored or displayed poorly.
