Restore Chairs…or replace (2 Viewers)

Looking for tips/tricks/advice from the group here. I’ve got 6 of these chairs that came with a table I got on FB marketplace. They are in functional condition however the vinyl is deteriorating bad. Would yall recover them in some manner that’s cheap or replace them?

Repairing bonded leather or vinyl may be more work than it's worth, and is not a permanent solution. Re-covering could work if you want to tackle that, but it depends on how easy it is to get those cushions away from the seat. You might reach out to a local upholsterer, not sure what the costs would be if going that route.
