*******I'm Very Sorry, I was told my auction format was very confusing so I'm changing it to a 1 item auction, the 50 chips - Cut and dry! ******

You're bidding on 10 chips. If you win, you can choose to buy 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 chips at your winning rate. If winner doesn't want all 50, next highest bidder will have an option to buy remaining chips at their bid price.

I like it. Flexible...

That is what I had in mind,, but it appears to be confusing people so I just changed it to all 50

I am not sure if that’s how it was worded. It sounded as if there will be multiple winners. Basically the 5 highest bids will each get 10 chips (I originally thought one can bid on 10 or multiples of 10 chips...but anyway)

I hate to sound like a broken record in auctions, but since you're concerned about being confusing, are you really on CST right now in Austin?

So 1 person was confused and the rules change after bids have been made... not all of us want 50 chips... willing to pay a higher price for fewer chips... I put in a solid bid for 10 chips and now I guess I’m out after the mid-auction rule change...

The seller asked that each bid be accompanied by the desired amount of chips. I didn't understand the point of that.

Anyway not much damage done.
On with the auction!

I'm more than willing to provide proof of who I am, where I am, the chips I have, etc - what do you want? *Shrug*

He's commenting on your use of 'CST' instead of 'CDT'. Don't worry about it, we know when the auction ends...

The clocks went forward 1 hour in March for daylight savings, hence Central Daylight Time.
Reverts back to CST in November.

i think this auction should be closed as sold and start a new auction to clear things up

So....where are we now ?

If seller is going to sell them per 50, then I'm in for split for 10 (at any cost).
If seller is going to restart the auction (like intended)...then let's go and let me bid :)

I only suggested selling per 10/20 to get the best price for seller

Ps. thanks so much for the tags fella's @RocAFella1 @flipupchipup @DMack

Was about to suggest the exact same thing. Start from new, with standard rules. U can even auction 20 not 50 if you like
