Repainting Poker Chips (1 Viewer)

Hey everyone new to PCF also trying to get to those the 3 posts. I recently purchased some incredible Las Vegas chips and wanted to add Dunes 100 chips to the collection since I need more $100 chips.

My issue is I need to paint the Silver portion of the chip to green to match the Dunes $ 100. I'm sure this has been covered before but just throwing it out there to see if its even worth it. thanks

Which Dunes chips? You could just purchase more hundreds depending on which version you need.

I’m not sure it has.
You can give it a try and let us know how it goes. But if you’re looking for suggestions, I suggest no.

You want to paint chips, as your first post? That's equivalent to joining a pet protection website and making your first post, "So... How do I drown kittens?"

Interesting idea though, would like to see the answers.

Air-brush paint will work, but you'll need to use a water-base paint to avoid potentially damaging plastic chips.

The only people I know of that air-brushed Paulson clay chips were imprisoned for fraud.

The only time I've seen paint applied to chips that actually worked is to restore a faded hot stamp as long as there is enough recess. Delicate work, though.

Yeah that’s the only time I’ve ever heard of someone doing it as well.
