Price is in the title. Although, weirdly, it was $55 the first time I saw the post. Now it's $75. Also, even though it's in the title, it's a good idea to put it in the body of the first post also.

Chalk this up to a learning experience. @Alec ... The only thing left to do is close this thread and then we can all move on.
Here's how....


At the very top of the thread, click on the ... menu. Then click on "Edit Thread" in the drop down.

In the next screen, click to change "For Sale" status to "Cancelled," then "save" the thread ... and boom. This thread is locked, no more replies can bump it to the top. Then it slowly fades in to obscurity.

Rule #37: Premature Declaration of Dibs

In the event that a party declares "dibs" on an item prior to the seller establishing an official price, said declaration shall be considered premature and non-binding, akin to betting out of turn at a poker table. Should the subsequently posted price be deemed “aggressive” (i.e., higher than anticipated), the party may, with full decorum, retract their dibs without penalty. However, if the price proves favorable, the dibs shall stand irrevocably, and the declaring party shall be bound to their early enthusiasm.
