I used the Milano chips as a travel tourney set for years and recently retired them for the Majestic set.
I travel a lot during the spring and summer with my daughters softball team and we always have 8 to 10 guys/girls ready to take over a conference room or the lobby in some cases to play poker. We always played sit and go tournaments, but some new people have expressed interest in playing a micro cash game Friday night and tourney Saturday. So instead of using the same chips for both, I have decided to relabel the Milano chips as the travel micro cash set. Keep in mind there are one or two real players who have cashed in multiple large casino tournaments, but the rest are more concerned with getting drunk and having fun, so the price of poker is relatively low. Also, no one will tilt about non traditional color/denomination combinations. My issue is that I am having a hell of a time figuring out what color/denominations to go with. I have change my mind at least 5 times and its starting to get annoying. Our first softball tournament is in 3 weeks and I need to have the chips ready to go. Gear will have my labels ready but will I have the color combinations ready is the question. I have a ton of each color so quantity is not an issue. I need 5c, 25c, $1, $5, and $20. The colors available are yellow, light blue, black, purple, orange, red, and green. Any advice on color denomination will be helpful. Thanks!!
I probably can dig up brown and dark blue as well, I just can't find them at the moment.

As of now, I was thinking

5c yellow
25c light blue
$1 black
$5 purple
$20 orange

Please help!!!!

If I were to do this myself I would go with:

5¢ - lt blue
25¢ - orange
$1 - red
$5 - black
$20 - yellow

I like the blue/orange as the lowest and likely most common denoms in the pot for a micro cash game. The Milano reds are among my favorite chips (I have 1000 Milanos myself as my prime set) so they'll be prominent and visible when they enter existing pots of lower denoms.

I want to include the black given they are also really nice to look at and the yellow for 20 is a good contrast finishing up.

the purple and greens.... not my favorite color combos really.
