Hi everyone,
I’d like to share something a bit different — original pre-Euro chips from Regency Casino Thessaloniki (Greece).
Denominations:

• 25,000 Dr
• 100,000 Dr

These are authentic casino-issued chips from the drachma era, before Greece transitioned to the Euro in 2002. The higher denominations make them especially interesting as part of the pre-Euro period.
After the currency change, some of these chips were distributed as commemorative keepsakes, and these examples were converted into keychain pieces. Even though they are no longer playable currency, they remain genuine casino chips from that historical transition period.

I’m curious if there are collectors here who focus on European or pre-Euro casino issues, and how pieces like these are viewed in today’s market.
