I am a new member and need advice. Ive read the other thread. Ive bought thousands of chips in a degenerate see of compulsion over the last 60 days. My wife looks at the packages as they come in and I swear to her they are good investments. What would you guys do if you were in my shoes?

Chipping is not a good investment. I'd never recommend anyone to do it for that purpose. They can increase in value, but to say it's the gold would be a falsehood.

If you love chips, buy what you love. If it goes up, wonderful. If it goes down, you already love it. Then ride the waves.

Figure out a way to get out now and don’t look back.

They aren't investments. They are a hobby to be enjoyed.

Sharing them with your friend, family and other chippers (at meet ups preferably) is where you'll find the most value.

You guys are awesome, and I assure you I am funnier in real life. I was attempting to stir the pot (like the other thread) in talking about chips as investments, I always gave my wife the wink and the nod when I said they were just investments vessels like any stock. Thank you for the genuine reply's and advice. Met a lot of nice folks on this forum, would be tough to quit cold turkey.

Oh the wife wink of they are an investment. I get it now lol. Whenever I sell chips and my wife knows, she asks me if I made money on them.
