Recommendations for UK custom table builder (1 Viewer)

Has anyone in the UK commissioned a custom table that they're happy with?

I really like the BBO Lumen HD but can't find anything like it off the shelf in the UK, so looks like I'll have to go down the custom route. I don't have the skills or time to make anything like this myself, so I need to find someone to build it for me.

There are a few UK-based custom makers that come up via Google search, but wondered if anyone has any recommendations I could reach out to.

No - but I didn't look tbh - always my intention to build my own.

I don't have the skills or time to make anything like this myself

Ha, I’m definitely going to use my very basic woodworking skills to build a very basic table at some point this summer, but I’m after something fancy here which is well above my pay grade.

I’ve been in touch with half a dozen experienced table builders who all have said they won’t deviate from the standard table designs they’re used to.

I’m now torn between giving up and just buying a Triton oval table, or taking a £1500 punt on a very inexperienced table builder who’s the only person up for giving it a go.

As an optimist I’m dreaming of it being a surprise massive success and it launching his career as a luxury poker table builder - I’ll keep you posted

I saw them but discounted them as I assumed shipping to London would be prohibitively expensive. But £1500 with the dining top too is a decent price.

But looks like they do odd bespoke shapes so I’ll drop them a message and see what they say.
