Just my proposal - take it as you will.
200 1's and 200 5's = 400 chips at .85 per = $340
I offered to take everything else (25's and up) - to get you to your original asking price of $400 would be $60 (62 chips for $60 is ~ .97 per chip)

Thr $100s and $500s are definitely worth more. Putting those at a recent price point ($2.50 and $3.25, respectively) leaves $368.50 for the 450 lower denoms. That works out to 82c each.
