I had a complete sample set of those chips several years ago, I think the name of the design was Scarab., and they were sold on Trident Cards web site. I thought they were pretty cool, and ended up giving them away as prizes. I may still have the '0" chip (essentially NCV) and the dealer button (see below). The 1/4 chip replaced the .25 chip of most sets, and the set also included high denomination plaques.
I like the 1/4 for the quarter. Other than that they are an acquired taste.
I owned a set of these for a short time. They are nice, but a tad busy for me
