Hi, Are these real clay or Plastic cheap diamond chips?

Guessing plastic

Can't tell from those pics. Need a close up of one chip.

They look like plastic to me.

Plastic. You can see the injection mark on the closeup.

When in doubt, assume plastic.

Here are some clay diamond mold for comparison. Much duller light reflection.

Plastic. There’s a couple of giveaways. First, the injection mark in one of the diamonds:

Also, the concentric circles are extremely wide, whereas a the Paulson rings are quite thin:

There’s also the diamond shape itself. The Paulson diamonds are much thinner than most plastic chips. Some plastic diamonds look like squares turned 45 degrees.
