So Its been brought to @Rbonus012 attention that I edited my post to add the deadwoods to my initials "dibs". This is in fact true. I went to type a new message to call the deadwoods but the standard you need to wait "X secs" before posting wouldnt allow me. Since nothing else had been posted I quickly edited my original post to add the deadwoods and reposted. On my end this was all done in a matter of seconds and prior to anyone else posting in the thread. I understand its the not the best practice and have been on the other end of it happening etc. If @kk405 and others genuinely feel that his dibs was entered prior to my edit Im happy to honor it.

TBH, I can’t stand “dibs” sales on the best of days, sooo... but that’s just because I live in Europe and miss 99% of everything good that ever gets posted :banghead:
 
I'll go $220 + shipping on the Ramada's so I don't have to make multiple trips to the post office. If not I will hold onto them until the next sale.

I had no problem with “dibs” sales until we started calling them dibs sales. It’s just a damn sale!

I’ve seen this happen a bunch, I’ve done it before, & I’ve lost stuff to people who did it before too. It’s common practice and I’m not sure why the stir about it now but just my 2c.

No way to prove anything definitively unless it’s 5min past the original post (this is where I’d always suggest a new post instead) or you take screenshots which is HARDCORE but would work.

Agreed. It's an annoying part of the dibs system but it seems like almost everyone (including myself) has done it at least once - generally nothing malicious about it and often it's edited before anyone else has the chance to grab em.
