OK, I gotta set a timer on this since we have an alternate wanting a ticket, and more than 24 hours have transpired since all 85 spots were spoken for. I will give until 6pm Pacific Time for all tickets to be paid. If they're not paid by then, I will allow @BigSlick4523 a chance at this raffle. Does that sound fair?

I'd give a little more notice. The drawing can wait another day to ensure fair notice. I'd give 24 hours from now.

Shit! I just realized that the numbers aren't adding up when I tried to assign everyone's numbers. I went back to the numbers log, and somehow #s 46 & 47 were duplicated, so there are two additional entries in the raffle. All have been paid for. This means that when @thyechal purchased his last two tickets, they actually would have been numbers 86 & 87. How should we handle this? I have 2 proposals, but I'd like some help in deciding how to handle it.

1. Refund thyechal as we said there would be a hard cap at 85
2. Keep his tickets in, but offer up another sample set as a consolation prize to compensate for the extra $60 in the pool
 
Well, the fantasy raffle teams are picked (and I got 87 total sold in my list as well) so we don't want to disrupt too much.

Obviously j/k. I'll let the actual stakeholders in the raffle decide what to do.

I vote dump the last two entries. Keep it at 85. I need every % I can get. I need the edge. Lol

OK, I think it's only fair to the first 85 entries to keep it at 85. If anyone objected to keeping in #s 86 & 87, it wouldn't be fair as the agreement at the beginning was for 85, and I need to keep it that way.

I'm sorry @thyechal, but my error has screwed you over. I'm going to have to refund your final two entries. Good news is, you get a free sample set now as my apology.
