Raffle Rules:
- Minimum of 42 entries sold. Maximum of 50 entries sold
(Bonuses added as more entries are sold - see below)
- Tickets are $30 each - enter as many times as you like.
- Shipping is included for ConUS
- I’ll cover the first $15 of International shipping, but winner assumes all risk (you can add insurance at your cost).
- Since these are New York chips, the winner will be determined using the New York Lottery WIN 4 evening drawing (date determined when at least 42 entries are in).
- Entries will be assigned in order of entry requested. When an entry is requested, your number range is “pending” and only confirmed when paypal payment is received.
- Assuming Not all 50 entries are filled, if the WIN 4 draw falls in one of the 50 number ranges that is not assigned, then we will use the next day (your number range assignment stays the same). This will continue until we have a winner.
I reserve the right to change or cancel this Raffle at any time (any funds paid will be refunded of course).

Just the angle, in general you can tell an oversized Paulson by the "Inverted" Hat.. the top of the hat is facing inward on 43mm chips, known as IHC (Inverted Hat and Cane).
