I have a solution for new forum users, but I'm not sure it would be will received.

If a "well established" forum user with a good rep wants to buy, would the seller be willing to ship first, then get paid after the buyer received the chips?

It's opposite the standard way things are done, and it makes the new users have to trust the buyers, instead of the buyers having to trust the new sellers.

It's just a thought. I'm curious if anyone would be willing to try this (from the buyer or seller side).

Just dont use PPF&F and your purchase is protected.

I don’t want to out the guy publicly, but I had a very well known prominent member of the board sell me an entire set of chips with payment ONLY after they were received and I was satisfied.

It was a $2000 set. Significant, I’d say. I quickly paid the moment I received them.
