I don't think they are. And odd that the $1 doesn't have it.
Still, at $30 per rack shipped, seems like they're worth a shot.

Wow, that seller also has grosses of casino aristocrats for $160 shipped. I don't like paper cards, but if anybody does, that seems like a great deal.

Also has very large quantities of ceramic tournament chips (T25 through T100K) for just 25c/chip BIN. Great colors, clear denominations, face artwork similar to the Venerati design. Stated breakdowns aren't perfect, but playable. He may be willing to work with the numbers.

If I were looking for another ceramic tournament set, I'd be all over these at that price.

I don't think they are. And odd that the $1 doesn't have it.

I think they are an older Chipco set created for a casino-night type operation, and the no-ring $1 chips were later added (or replaced) with non-Chipcos -- probably made by the same (likely Chinese) company that produced the tourney chips.

Interestingly, GOCC has them on a banner on their page. Possible the $1 from the ads are not theirs, as a different white $1 is in the banner.

Edit: I can't see the GOCC watermark on the face of the chips. So...they may be GOCC. They may not be.

I wonder if the original order was Chipco, with a follow-up order of GOCC chips. The two $5 chips in this pic look a little different, and one of them (on left) has seen a LOT of play....

Could be, but I can't make out the "CI" watermark on them, either. If you zoom in on the $100, they have a coarse surface ("stippling"?), which reminds me of some of the Chipcos I have. In any event, they are a really nice generic design.

"CI" appears on Chipcos. GOCC uses the stylized "G" from their logo.

Interesting. I've seen the CI on every Chipco I've ever touched, and I assumed some of them (such as the Tournament Players Club chips I have) were not made for a casino. Good to know that it might not appear on all of them.

I have vineyard denoms and non demons which were a fantasy-only set. Both sets have "CI" on them.

If you look at all this guys listings looks like he had a small casino and went out of business. Some nice tables, but kinda high.

Anyone ever use the plastic cards he has listed? 20 decks for $26.00?

Anyone interested in maybe going 2 or 3 ways on that 1900 ceramic set? I wouldn't obviously need 1900 but 500 of them would be cool for me. I wouldn't mind reshipping. Let me know if there is interest and we can work out a breakdown from what's there.

I guess if one or two others want to do a "group buy" of these and split it up, I'd still consider doing that. We would have to work with the denominations he is going to give us in the 1900. Those are:

300 ea Green $25 chips
500 ea Black $100 chips
300 ea Purple $500 chips
300 ea Orange $1000 chips
200 ea Blue $5000 chips
100 ea Yellow $10,000 chips
100 ea Brown $25,000 chips
100 ea Pink $100,000 chips

And l will also get that 20 pack of plastic cards as see how they are $26
