Spinnetis sold some for 2$ ea in a thread on here at since point I think. Now they only have a few spare it seems, and a bit more expensive.

The seller said he had more of them, but wasn't really too keen on selling.

THC, Fair to Good condition, needs cleaning, not bad. 4 racks of $5s means you can build a decent cash set around it. As everybody knows, the $5s are always the hardest to lock down in a mixed set. A reasonable deal for someone who wants to take this road.

@paul sydney Yes they have been rescued. They will remain with PCF. Some pron of them post bath, they're dry and getting a meticulous compression oiling one chip at a time as to avoid any issues with over oiling the labels.

@Saoliver I had no idea when I purchased. I actually did some digging on them to see if I could find details on the casino, as I like to know some of the back story on the chips I buy. I tend to like THC chips that are well weathered and need "restored". They usually have a funky history, that I believe adds a really interesting dynamic to the chips once they start being played in a random home game. This story definitely stuck out to me, pretty tragic and sad.

Also interested to know any opinions on what color green is on this chip. I will be looking for a rack of THC $$25s for a mixed set. Preferred textured inlays from a similar era, which is getting pretty picky.
