1 Rack of $.25 chips; Light blue with hot pink and chartreuse edge spots. Unique edge spot combination.
like new condition. many appear to be unused or mint

I think the edge spots are new colors, maybe. I could not find any of these in the sample sets shown on this site. My guess is hot pink and lemon green?
colors are not accurate in the photos.
