Definitely not Paulsons.
They look injection molded. I’m sure others more knowledgeable will chime in as well.
How much are they selling them for.

I believe the Tina RHC have a cross hatch texture, like the other ceramic hybrids? Hard to tell from these photos but the faces look smooth, without a hatch.
The Wynn chips these were modeled after were actually on the Paulson no mold. That fact and the injection marks reveal the falsehood. We knew this would happen, great question by you and they already had them listed as replicas.
