Does this chip (from the Broken Arrow Cardroom Supply page) have a label? These chips look like they do not have a separate label.
Is this chip from Tina straight dye-sublimation to chip - no label? Pretty impressive print quality if so - and that would eliminate some label matching issues. Granted, not all designs lend themselves to sublimation vs a label. Anybody know for sure?

They offer both molded and non-molded chips with full dye sub printing. This looks like a non-molded chip with printed faux mold effect in the artwork itself.

The ones with the labels are referred to as hybrids and have a recess for the labels.

The no mold chips like you posted for the Aladdin are a no-mold ceramic which is printed directly onto the chip.

Tina does offer hybrid ceramics in a few different molds that have actual inlays which you can have ordered with labels or without.

Yep - I just didn't think to do a print to the chip vs a custom label. Granted the detail might not be as crisp as a label, but for some things it looks like it would work perfectly.

I did it for my business chips at work. Basically just used the Sam's Town $1 as inspiration. Used a hub mold, included my information on both sides and they turned out great! As long as it's in vector format and you don't have thin lines you'll be good.

Yeah, the printing on the full ceramic usually isn't as crisp as on a label. Chip on the left is a card mold, right is web mold hybrid. You might be able to adjust the art on the card mold to make it crisper, this is just an "apples to apples" example.

Faux sure! It’s a faux mold with a faux recess and a faux inlay. :ROFLMAO:
I made this back before hybrids were taking off..it’s really the only way to simulate a house mold. If anyone wants a custom faux mold for no-mold ceramics, let me know.

True, the quality of the faux inlay isn’t as sharp as a hybrid, but for some chips it’s the only way to get exactly the look you’re going for.

Here’s a closeup of the art file:
