Maybe those are some type of limited edition playing cards?

I just looked on eBay with "Princess Cruise Playing Cards", and the photos of the auctions there have cards with the "Sea Witch" logo but don't look anywhere as nice as the photo that you posted. I can't even see them on a straight Google search in the first couple hundred image hits.

I've been doing some more searching and these are NTP Del Negro cards. I think I'm going to be hard-pressed to find more of the princess cruise version.
