President Casino on the Admiral $1 Primaries in this condition have been hard to find in my time on PCF. I found a couple of racks and they never hit the felt with our league. I want to be able to enjoy and play with the chips I own, so I am liquidating mint primaries and recently purchased a used set of primaries. Planning to keep my mint secondaries for the time being.
I purchased these chips as "Near Mint" but will not claim to be a chip condition expert. They line up very well next to all of my other Mint PCAs.
