I’m out of control this weekend—dragging out all my sets for pr0n shoots.

Up next, Kings Crown hotstamped tourney set:

Had to click to page 2 to find TRK pRon ..... I sure hope TRK get their own sticky someday.:(

Are you planning to mill those "EH"/"PH" chips. I grabbed a few of those also. If you do, let me know how it goes.

Those "golds" may become my relabeled $100 for a solids cash set.

No milling planned. Going to keep them as is. I am looking for 25 purple if you wanted to do some horse trading. I'll send you a PM.

Tropicana first edition chip pron for your pleasure!
Please pardon the noob question but if Nevada chips are supposed to be destroyed how did this set survive? (I know racks of $1 and even $5s have been harvested regularly in Nev. but that's a lot of $25s & hundos!)

The mandate to destroy chips come about in the 1980’s if I remember correctly. The unique reason that the mint $25 and $100 exist is that they were on the shelf as replacements for damaged chips for the casino. They were still on the shelf at TRKing when they closed down. A big chipper bought them to sell as singles.

CPCCPP (Cherry picked crappy cell phone pics :))

This is my slightly altered King's Crown hotstamped tourney set. A while ago @LabMonkey PM'ed me looking for a few more Signal Green $25s and at first I was quite reluctant to give any up. Pretty quickly, I decided it would be nice to help him and that my set wouldn't very often see all 200 of those chips on the felt at the same time. I traded for 40 of his Orange $500s since I thought a higher denom could help my set with deeper stacks or more players and that the color would look great with the $25s and $100s. I could still make a 20 player game work with sub-optimal starting stacks.

I hope oiling will help this, because right now the $5s and $500s look VERY similar in stacks. Haven't put the $500s in play, yet.

Breakdown:

210 x $1s
190 x $5s
160 x $25s
100 x $100s
40 x $500s

The latest addition to the family. More group photos later.
Plus my quarters are enroute from Gear, when they show up i’ll do full set photo shoot !
