Poker made an appearance on the guilty pleasure TV show “Royals”

The poker itself was vague and ok-ish, but much to my surprise, the chips were NOT dice chips

Just thought it was worth a mention when TV series don’t let people play 50k buy in poker with supermarket chips

Somehow I didn't pick up on the fact they were playing draw when I saw the episode first, so assumed NLHE

And I get she's "good at poker", but how the fuck do you read someone as "hoping for a third king" in your first session together?

They're playing Yorkshire Draw. You start with two decks and you have to keep your door card exposed to the other players.
