They're all plastic. I'd say I like the Desjgn's the best, but the Piatnik's are a very close second. The Modiano's are easily third here, by my tastes, but still very usable cards.

Design and KEM are my favourite. These are worth picking up to try the different decks out. They all look, feel, and shuffle a bit different.
