Has anyone found an app that allows you to count chips on your phone? Sometimes my boyfriend and I will bring a deck of cards out to play at a bar and play with "mind money", but as you can imagine it's easy to lose track. Any recommendations appreciated.

Personally I’m not aware of one but from personal experience get yourself small heads-up set; 100 chips in combination like 40x$5, 40x$25 and 20x$100. Small enough to be a portable but good enough for a plenty of use.

(Pic. Not mine; but should give you an idea)

Every game should own a heads up set.

I forget who but a member is on some sort of quest building HU sets. Anyone?

We have a few and are planning more for a HU tourney.

Do you mean virtual poker chips on a phone app to substitute for real/physical chips?

This is what I've used. Free, on iOS or Android:

Install to your phone. Use the "chips only mode". Works well. There are probably many other similar apps.

Now, that is a cool app. Thanks for sharing Chipzilla.
Minor tip using it: new revisions get released sometimes. Make sure your players are all using the same/latest rev, otherwise you might notice some small glitches during play, e.g. delay in everyone seeing the bets on everyone's screens, etc. Double check the rev on game day.
