These are milled THC chips, clean and unoiled, in pink or salmon color. C&J era (longer canes?), likely not leaded based on weight (a random barrel weighed 148g, or 7.4g per chip without a label).

Easiest way to tell if it's a C&J chip is to see if the hat is shiny. That's a dead giveaway. GLWS!

Also most time the C&J chips are slightly larger than Paulsons in diameter. Just a hair though, something like 40mm instead of 39mm.
