First thanks @bentax1978 for his great raffle presentation and structure I just copied. This allow me to be easily understood
I made this raffle because after months of seeking and trading, I have now two complete set of 300 WTHC chips. I’m not using the both so maybe someone will be happy to win this.
I will not cancel the raffle to accept a cash payment for the chips (or to split up racks), so please don't ask.
Breakdown of the WTHC 300 chips tournament set is as follows:
96 x 25
120 x 100
48 x 500
24 x 1000
12 x 5000
The chips are in good condition, some have bytes.
There will be (100) tickets sold at $13/each. No limit tickets per person.
The case and the cards in picture are offered to the winner. The both are used and not in top condition at all, take it like a free little bonus.
Update: Shipping with tracking is now include.
But any optional insurance costs are the responsibility of the winner. I will ship anywhere in the world, however once the chips are accepted at the post office (or UPS) I will no longer be responsible should they get lost along the way or indefinitely delayed in customs. The chips will be extremely well packed, so there is no concern about them being damaged in transit.
The winner will be determined by the first two digits of the evening NYS WIN4. The specific date of the drawing will be announced once all the tickets have been sold.

For example, if tonight's winning numbers on the evening of the drawing were 8-5-6-1, ticket #85 would win the WTHC set.
Please post in the thread to reserve a specific spot(s). Do not send any payment yet, I will collect payments once the majority of the tickets are sold. I reserve the right to cancel this raffle at any time before payments are made, however it is my intention to see this raffle go off as planned.
