I really dislike oiling chips, both in concept and in practice. But you’re probably right with these. Maybe I’ll try one.

These are sold, but I’ll leave this open if anybody wants to talk about oiling and colors popping.
I have two racks of these behind, so I oiled one. There’s a noticible difference, but I’m not sure it’s worth all the labor. And for my tastes, if the chips end up feeling the slightest bit oily, it totally isn’t worth it.

Oil the damn things will ya! They should be dry to the touch in a day and have no negative impact on feel whatsoevah.
