I purchased that 300 chip set for less from that seller. They never shipped and then relisted it at a higher price. Not recommended.

No protection, I was finally refunded, only after I reached out to the seller. Pretty shady.
I've always loved these so I snap purchased when I saw them. The seller probably realized they were worth more and finally did some research. They added CDI to the title and put them back up the same day.

I would think all you have to do is show to original add, your purchase, then the re-post to whoever.
I really do not eBay that much so am just surprised that could happen unnoticed/reported.
