ChipEnvy
Full House
I played at the Parkwest Casino in Rancho Cordova a couple weeks ago and was scratching my head when looking at the chips. I am pretty sure they're ICON but am trying to figure out what the hell is going on in the center of the chip.
The label/decal is the white part of the chip as the center dark spot and the red surrounding it is the same plastic construction as the rest of the chip. What is the dark spot? I can't imagine it is a security measure of any sort as the entire rack from $1 - $100 are the same. It is definitely a different material then the red plastic, and I doubt it adds weight like a cheap slugged chip. Any ideas?
The chips are light at about 8.2g but feel even lighter for some reason and sound very clicky. Not a fan of the place (only two poker tables) or the chips, but hard to dismiss it as I was in for $300 and cashed out $945.
