Doesn’t look “near perfect” in the picture you provided.

Edges are sharp and I don't see fleabites. Non zero amount of dirt. Here's 10 barrels to pick from. Can sub out some chips if desired. Chips are as pictured so please judge for yourself if condition isn't acceptable. Comparatively single barrel that's for sale has softer chip edges and have seen a bit of play. Sorry if I misrepresented, I guess the statement was more comparative.
