Found some other information online: These sample test chips were made by GPI/Paulson for the Bally Mindplay table games rating system in 2005. Palms eventually backed out of the deal and the system was never adopted. Only 20 sets of these 7-chip samples were ever made.

Size: 39 mm, RHC mold
