I got the name Kage since my initials are “K G”. Years ago one of my good friends was really drunk at a party and was slurring his words while screaming my initials across the house to get my attention LOL. Everyone started following suit and it just stuck somehow haha!

I needed an online name for a MUD that I was trying to signup for. The process was being very picky and hav failed several of my offerings.

Glancing around my office looking for clues… I had an open tech magazine in front of me…. Looked at the page…. Looked at the paragraph…. The words…. A sentence…. “Is organization a 0at of your company” …. Is organization….. Isorg.

I guess you can say this name predates the internet.

Over the years, it has reminded me of the late “Phife Dawg” of the hip hop group Tribe Called Quest. (Different spelling, but the same pronunciation)
