I will be submitting order details to CPC today.

@David O has very kindly offered to help out with the US/Canada sample set shipping. The US/Canada samples will ship directly to David, which will mean a saving for you (no 3% PP charge, reduced shipping as reshipping from CONUS and not the UK and no import duty which would be incurred by me shipping back from the UK).

CPC will need payment pronto, so as soon as I have invoices we'll calculate the exact cost incl sales tax/shipping/packaging and we'll start collecting payments.

US/Canada PCFers should send funds via PP F&F to David O. The rest of the world should send funds via PP F&F to me.
