I run a league where we play a live game weekly. Every so often, especially in the summer, we are not home to host so we run and online game at PS instead. This comes in VERY handy.

Our live games are limited to 20 players and 22 total buy ins. I can't set these limits for a PS game. IS there any online site that supports private games that lets the club admin limit the number of players that enter a game and limit the number of rebuys allowed?

Thanks in advance!

You'll find reviews on here for Poker Mavens and I would advise it. There's an initial buy-in and setup required for the server, but after that its very customizable. You can limit number of players, have a waiting list, limit rebuys, whatever works. Might be more than you were asking for but I was able to set it up easily and my players love it.

I have since run a tournament and been happy with it.
Poker Mavens has been a blast for us. Definitely worth it to pay a little extra to customize everything. So good! Players been loving it. I set up the server and all they need is a browser, I play on a tablet and run the server on a desktop.

They don't know what Tiger Palace is but the chips are appreciated lol. 7card stud, holdem, PLO, whatever works. I haven't set up a tournament yet but its on the to-do list.

Edit: you can read more elsewhere, but we like it because each account has a bank. I don't cash in or cash out every session, people send me $X and then they can buyin or cashout for however much they'd like, including joining tournaments. Keeps track of it all for me.

Wow...POker Mavens... as a former software engineer this is RIGHT up my alley!!
Love this! Yes, it should be very simple for you then. Feel free to ask specific questions. We've loved it for casual play.

Server is set up on your side, everyone else can join on browser on whatever device. Never had any issues. We preferred the Pro version for the customization and the multi-tabling. Multi-table tournaments are Pro only actually, so $150 entry cost for the server.
