I can't remember when I got these, but I've had them for more than a decade. Despite my efforts I haven't been able to build a set around them. I haven't given up hope yet. I tried checking the TRK order cards and I couldn't find these Normandie quarters on the cards so I have no idea idea how many were produced. Regardless, the most I've seen elsewhere is a barrel, so this rack is unique as far as I know:

The fact that their inaugural play was in their home state meant the world to me too brother! Soo many people have no idea the efforts that go into building a set like that… not just the damn money… lots of people have money! That’s something you can’t just buy!! It takes years of turning over rocks, searching eBay 18 times a day…
But to share them with a group of guys that truly understand what it takes, that also respect and appreciate the efforts it takes to build one of a kind sets! That’s what it is truly all about!
Thank you, @k9dr and @krafticus for all taking pictures because my dumb ass always forgets! But yes I will remember that day, their first play… for many years to come!

I think this one qualifies since it took me six years to put it together. It all started at a 2019 Chip convention where I found a few racks of the 1K and 100 Chips. Thanks to all that have helped along the way.
One of a Kind Racks are the new singles 
Self harvested this rack, these are now obsolete.
There are a few racks of the $10.00 chips in the wild but these are the only pink fracs. I got 150 of em
