Hello All,

My father was the general manager at Omar Sharif's Casino Las Vegas in Kiev, Ukraine.. circa 1993.

I have 1000 Sochi Russia 5,000R and 25,000R (500 ea).. and three "cards" (from the Kiev casino).

I am interested in hearing what your thoughts are about these chips.

They are in their original racks and in the original shipping box and cellophane. 200 orig chips missing.

These are Chipco ceramic, while they are nice, they are not highly sought after like Paulson or Premium Casino-grade Plastic

Plus, a breakdown of 500 x $5k and 500 x $25k is not useful at all.

Very limited buyer pool if you looking to sell.

Doubt they're valuable but they're extremely cool - nice find.

I think Omar’s name was on the bridge (card game) feature that ran in many newspapers back in the day. I remember my mom saying she thought he was handsome!

Yes, he was a bridge expert, and owned several casinos in Egypt, and possibly the UK.
