When playing this rotation (or any rotation, I guess...) when do you switch games? Once around the table? Timed? Trying to implement a mixed games night myself.
On dealers choice night we rotate dealer +1 rotation. On a fixed game rotation we do one orbit around the table. The game changes every time on the person who started dealing for the night.
Couldn’t quite climb back against the chip leader. Got some monsters that he folded to preflop and then got aggressive with less quality hands and got caught. Still a blast and appreciate @longflop hosting such a great game with a very friendly group.
Most interesting hand of the night was an odd sequence where I faced KKs twice in row, out flopped them twice, still lost both pots (technically), but managed to end up with a higher stack than I started with.

Mostly short stacked, I have about 20,000
I am dealt
on the button.Three player limo call to me, and I jam it all in to steal the pot.
Small blind calls for less with roughly 4,000.
Big blind folds and limped players fold

River is a blank and SB doubles+
Very next hand I am dealt
Middle position and big stack makes it 4,000
Next player goes all in for same 4,000
When action gets to me I shove for about 16,000
Player to my left goes all in on top of me for about 20,000
Original raiser and big stack folds.

So the all in guy quadruples up, and I manage to also win a decent pot over the KKs with the side pot of about 24,000 bringing me to higher stack than what I started with 2 hands earlier. Guy with KKs was crippled and busted next hand. Poker is weird.

Most probably switch every orbit +1 but we actually switch every hand as we pass the deal. It works for us. Dealer calls game.
We establish a player that we call the “pivot.” When the deal gets to the pivot we change games based on predetermined order.

The table is a wee cheapo from Amazon but so far has proven to be indestructible in the face of cheesy snacks, pizza, pakora and numerous spilled drinks.

You have no idea how much fun we derive from American tourists walking about saying “fannypack”.
I used to work in a shop when I was a student and a guy was in buying shorts or something. When I told him how much they cost he said “my wife keeps my credit cards in her fannypack”. Well me and my friend went into hysterics. I’m glad I’m so immature ha!!
This not my shop. The owner of the construction company is on the right in the pic in the ball cap. Yes, he likes motorcycles, race cars and airplanes. He gives us a place to play and I run the games.
