They were designed for Triton all along, I just didn't know it until late. ha

Love seeing!

I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to purchase special sets like this, but owning is only half the fun. The other half is being part of a strong local chipping community that frequently gives me the opportunity to put them in play with players who enjoy/appreciate them.

@aaron2786 ’s Calypsos are another example of chips in that class and what can be done by a talented designer with a blank canvas. That set is waiting on a top up order from CPC and they’ll be first up in the rotation once I get them.

But this is a pic thread so here is a preview of what’s coming

My babies. My sweet, sweet babies!

Brutal uncapped .5/1E, with straddles tonight at a friend's home.
In play, my Aegean Phare set, with denoms representing cents.
In for 250E, out for 105E. I had climbed up to 800E, after winning a three-way-all in, beating two flushes with the nut flush. Then, I lost 700E in a single hand, KK vs AA. Too busy to take pics of my fortune and misfortune.

My stack at initial stages and a little bit later:

Elias Jul26-2.webp

Elias Jul26-5.webp

An opponent's healtlhy stack:
Elias Jul26-3.webp

Another player's unfortunate AK:
Elias Jul26-4.webp

Finally, a hand run twice and split, between AA and a lucky Royal Flush.

It's family reunion weekend and we have a game of 357 going on this evening! My cousins to my right said they played with a PCF member down in Indy recently. Wondering if it was @Machine?
It certainly was, with a pending invite if I can ever find a schedule to host! Life this year has been busy!!!
They would be able to bring a plus 1if you would be so inclined.

Walked in to the room 30 mins before start and 3 people were there. Thought it'd be a slow night but by the time 7 o'clock rolled around we were 1 person shy of 2 full tables, 19 runners.

And the ran with both tables having multiple reuys and"Lots of Action".

Kyle had massive cheap lead (T500,000 +) and offered a very fair chop at 4 ways which the Very short stack (< 2bb) declined even after we tried to convince him.

Short stack literally busted the next hand and we chopped 3 ways.

Fun night as always

PPC game on the road - Summer Edition II - playing with the great FD chips. $100 max, $.25c/.50c blinds. @Franzister hosting his first game! It was great afternoon/evening in the PNW. Lots of action, and high hands. Quad 10's and quad 6's were the ones that took it down, but we had a lots of boats too. Only one high hand photographed tho.

my starting stack - blue rail light in effect from the table

Thanks for playing everyone - In for two bills, out for more!

Solo parenting means I can’t leave, but doesn’t mean friends can’t come. Some friendly $1/$1 games back to back.

Day 1: climbed my way out of a deep hole.

Another successful Saturday poker game in the books.

Big winners from last game supplied dinner this time serving ribeye cap steak, wagyu ribeye, and Vietnamese crab asparagus soup.

Also on hand was a nice selection of red wine for the evening.

Onward to poker we got the Lucky's set in play this evening playing a round of each SCARNEY, NLHE, Draw2maha, Big O and Derailment again. For some reason, SCARNEY had the least action of all the games played.

I built up early, but later got stacked in a SCARNEY had where I had a middle boat and good low, but lost to a bigger boat and a 1 pip better low.

Time to rebuy! Slowly built my stack back up until later on in a Draw2maha hand where I had a flush in hand and the nut straight on board for a big pot scoop!

Ended up +800 for the evening but the guy who lost big last game and helped fund the steaks ended up being the biggest winner with over double my winning amount. Next dinner will be paid for by us.
