First game after introducing high hand bonus
Had the Tangiers chips out as a guest set New Year’s Eve.
This was the only pic I got. In for $60 (sort of).
Hand of the night was huge (for us).
Blinds 25¢/50¢. 6-handed.
I'm the A9 UTG. My stack is roughly 140BB. I raise to 4BB. KQ calls in the CO. JJ on the button 3-bets but only to 8BB. Everyone calls.
I wanted to build the pot so I make the same 4BB bet. CO calls. JJ tanks then raises to 20BB!
I fake-tank for a minute then call. CO shoves....! JJ re-shoves....! !!! I had them both covered and called. CO says out loud, "I know one of you has the ace, but I couldn't fold this" as he turns up his KQ.
However, it did not run-out well for those with spades:
Had about $25 left and chose to add-on. In the end I was in for $100 and clawed back to $130 after being down.

I know I’ve said this before—and no disrespect to the other topper designs out there—but the City of Dawn topper is truly the epitome of beauty. It’s incredibly easy on the eyes, and the fade inside the betting line is an absolute chef’s kiss. Hats off to the designer(s).
