Action shot of QQ sucking out after calling an all on the flop against a flopped set. Last night’s game was pretty action packed. Played with an old Absolute Poker ceramic set, black are $1, red $5, green $25.
Very healthy starting stacksFirst time hosting cash last night! Was able to squeeze everything into my Brooklyn apartment with a little room to spare. Next up: a topper.

$1/$2, $300 to start.Very healthy starting stacks
Low denoms looked a little light to me, but I didn't know the blinds or if your game is just a shovefest free-for-all lol$1/$2, $300 to start.
Next time I think I’m gonna get all the whites and reds on the table to start even if it means uneven distribution of starting stack chips. Bank was off small at the end of the night despite counting and recounting stacks; I think I had an extra red in a couple of rebuy barrels. Will stick to greens and blacks for rebuys.
I only have 100 whites which is plenty for this game but enough reds for two barrels for almost everyone.Low denoms looked a little light to me, but I didn't know the blinds or if your game is just a shovefest free-for-all lol
One of the regular hosts does 5/9/6/1 to start and it’s a change-making fest ![]()
I don’t have quite that many 1s but I’ll probably do 10/28/6 next time with one player getting 20/26/6.I would do 20/26/6 for $300 starting stacks. Reloads with any leftover 5s, then 25s and 100s. Vastly reduces change making.
It is Icelandic tradition to have Easter chocolate eggs filled with candy and a traditional Icelandic saying inside. We made special packaging for poker. What's inside those eggs? A poker company makes/ships chocolate eggs?![]()

5c /10c mixed games at @Mesnik44's. $5 and $25 play as cents so unfortunately I don't have 20,000 big blinds.
