I hosted a rare cash game night this past Saturday. Thanks to @Bfow0804, @YeaIKno, and @TravNasty for showing up along with other league members. We were 9 handed most of the night.

Playing against my son who’s 10 and just learning. I go all in on 4th and he calls, his boat is higher 5/2’s to my 2/5’s. River comes the 4th 2 giving me quads and him a bad beat. No stakes just learning for him and his older brother.

I like them too, but I'll have Faded Spades at the ready if other players don't like them for some reason. Faded Spades seem to be polarizing around here, but they are among my favorites and usually my go-to.

Crazy night for me. Started off by donking away $240 in the first two hours. Was about to call it a night and just head out. Then decided YOLO and tossed in my last $115. Finally started getting cards and built up this nice stack. Finished the night +$75.

Yes Trefls rock. Copag also makes a full bleed that’s flexier than Trefl, but the colors aren’t quite as nice. I think they’re called Imports or Exports?

So I made two 60” round tables and put them into play last night at our regular NLHE game. Full house with 16 players.

50c/50c no max game.

I wish I had switched earlier! Round tables just make so much more sense for self dealt games. Also good for the social aspect where you can talk to everybody easily.

Got a decent amount of rungood as well!
