I'll be putting on an ICM seminar, if any of your players are interested in signing up.... They'll save the cost of the seminar in a few short weeks of tournament play.

In all seriousness, we used to start each season with a Pick-a-Stack tournament. Standard buyin was $40 for T100k. You could short stack in for $30 (T75k) or buyin deep (T125k) for $50. I think we even have the option for T150k for $60. You could rebuy at any stack as well. But buyin$ is a factor of season points, so you could just go crazy with two bullets into a deep stack. Anyway, maybe a fluctuating buyin would interest some of your players...
 
Tonight with family. One son flopped trip 8’s and I flopped trip 4’s. I got him all in on the turn and other two folded. With cards turned up for showdown, my son tries to console me and says “another 4 can still come”. It does!

Quad fours and I win pre-Thanksgiving family night.

We used poker chips today in just about every game. Need a basic betting token? Poker chip. Need a unique identifier for each player? Poker chips of various demons and images. Need money? You get the point. :)

Can't get much better than that. My brother in law has over 200 board games, a ton of which use currency. I'm going to basically demand that when we play, we use my poker chips over the included currency. No brainer.

What in the f?!?!?! Holy crap, what a collection. I'm not knowledgable when it comes to the board game collecting side, so 200+ to me is already an extravagant collection. Apparently that's nothing in that realm lol
