This is a post for a friend who is looking to add two racks of Noir 100s to his set and he has two racks of near mint/VGC+ 1s that he doesn't need/use. I am looking to do a quick trade for him (one for one), but if you do have 2 racks of 100s, I would consider buying them and then sell the two racks of 1s.
