Hello all -
I discovered PCF about a week ago when I was doing some google searching on poker chips. More than 20 years ago, I had a small game during my law school days. I had a set of 11.5g striped dice plastic custom poker chips that we all thought were amazing. Back in those days before having kids, I was in Vegas three or four times a year and at local tables when I could be. I voraciously read Doyle's Super System, Positively Fifth Street, and anything else I could get my hands on that was nonfiction about Vegas and poker. Fast forward almost three decades and a houseful of kids have put a halt on trips to Vegas. I have been feeling nostalgic and started giving people I knew going to Vegas a few bucks to bring me home some chips and I've started a bit of a collection. That led me here. I'm intrigued by the width and depth of the chip collecting world and I'm trying to wrap my brain around the acronyms and abbreviations, looking to figure things out and learn a bit more. Looking forward to being here.
