New to custom poker chips. (3 Viewers)

So I'm looking to buy some custom chips and I am seeing things like "Hybrid" vs "Non-Hybrid". Also seeing things like "Print" vs "Labels". What are every single difference. I just assumed all custom chips just have sticker of whatever design you sent and that its put into the chips dipped inlay.
